Für ein internationales Marktforschungs-Institut sucht BBRecruiting Personalberatung einen Vice President Operations / COO (m/w/d) in Europa.

Unser Auftraggeber ist ein international führender Anbieter von Marktforschung sowie Kundenzufriedenheitsmanagement. Das Unternehmen unterstützt seine Kunden dabei, ihre Kunden zu verstehen, zu binden und profitabel mit ihnen zu wachsen. Dafür wird Marktexpertise genauso wie analytische Kompetenz mit modernster Customer Experience Software kombiniert. Zum Team zählen 900 Mitarbeiter weltweit und ca. 150 Mitarbeiter in Deutschland, die mit Engagement, Persönlichkeit und mit viel Spaß und großem Erfolg für ihre Kunden da sind.

Der Vice President Operations / COO (m/f/d) gehört dem European Leadership Team des internationalen Marktforschungs-Instituts an.

Verantwortliche Aufgabe in der internationalen Marktforschung

Duties and Responsibilities as Vice President Operations / COO (m/f/d)

  • Lead the implementation and ongoing delivery of all projects in Europe
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Program Management, Platform Services and Marketing Sciences departments
  • Align processes and delivery goals between the three departments involved
  • Overall responsibility for issue resolution
  • Support the client strategy developed in conjunction with the CCO
  • Translate client needs into an operational model
  • Develop Service Packages Offerings
  • Develop, in collaboration with the CEO, CCO and CFO  an annual operating plan and budget that supports the strategy
  • Manage budgets closely on a project and department level
  • As part of the ELT: support  developing and overseeing the long term business strategies
  • Foster a culture that promotes ethical practices, customer focus and service and encourages individual integrity
  • Maintain a positive and ethical work climate that helps to attract, retain and motivate a diverse group of top-quality employees at all levels

Qualifications as Vice President Operations / COO (m/f/d)

  • 10yrs+ experience in technology and supporting services
  • 3yrs+ in a senior management role
  • Skilled in organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a strong and dynamic leadership team.
  • Flexible and able to multitask; can work within a fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and offering solutions
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems.
