Opportunity for a Sales Career within Luxury Brand Retail Sales

If you are able to successfully manage, lead, inspire and motivate a team of Store Managers. Our client will provide the opportunity for professional growth and a long-term career within luxury brand retail sales.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve the annual sales budget as determined by the International Sales Director
  • Working directly with the Global headquarters based outside of Germany
  • Reporting and daily communication with global head quarters
  • Implement and fit global strategy to local market culture
  • Managing Germany as an independent and separate business unit
  • Responsibility for the 5 main local Channels: Marketing, Sales, HR, Stock Management, Finance
  • Encourage and motivate stores to increase sales through excellent customer service
  • Coach staff members to link/ up sell as opportunities arise

Skills & Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Retail Area Sales Management
  • Proven experience within lifestyle sales, i.e. shoes, bags, clothes, perfumes, cosmetics
  • Understanding of the importance a Global Brand Image in all aspects required
  • Successful track record of managing a small team of Store Managers required
  • Passion for aesthetics and beauty products is a must
  • Customer service and sales-orientated, striving for excellence at all times
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with strong management & organisational skills
  • Willingness to travel about 25% of the time
  • Fluency in English and German required
